Ok so the bombshell championship wasn't mentioned so it should still be up for grabs also right? Also, is there a championship in each chamber? Is that how this is going or is there just going to be these random chamber matches then singles matches for the championships? Also, how does that work with the tag team championships? Do they get off with a singles match because there are not many tag teams so trying to put them in a chamber match isn't going to work. That kinda doesn't seem fair to the rest of the champions considering they have multiple people to face while the tag team champions not only get to CHOOSE who they are going against they just have to worry about those two people and no one else. Maybe it was the wording, maybe I’m just stupid, but this entire thing is confusing.

To answer Moxie, and I think I'm right lol. Each single championship will be a chamber match, so 1-4 chamber matches.
SBW did say the tags will have a non chamber match, which isn't totally fair yes, but it's the only way to get the titles on the ppv. Not enough for a tag chamber or anything like that.
And the bombshell title wasn't mentioned at all, so I'm guessing either a one off match or its just not on the ppv.
Only thing I'm worried about is the roster, you want at least 18 but with the tag and if you add bombshell that's at least 24. Is there even that many active right now? Warfare had 5 opt ins for the next show. If not enough opt in is the ppv not happening or will you just change the main event to a chamber match and keep the rest as standard matches?

I agree with Gator, the roster isn't big enough for a PPV like this. Besides, Warfare isn't even posted but we're supposed to consider something this big right now? I don't think this PPV is a good idea so I'm not opting in.

1: First of all to answer Moxie about the Bombshell Championship, I obviously forgot about that, so of course that should be in. I apologize to the Bombshell champion.
2: Depending on numbers like I said we could have multiple championships up for grabs in 1 event if it got down to it.
3: I was thinking a best out of falls match for the Tag Team championship but wasn't sure that could work. I was still thinking about it. They could compete between chamber matches. So best out of 3 falls match for example.
4: And Moxie if you feel that's not for you, so be it. I was hoping we could do something special and again it depends on how numbers go and assess it from there. Don't knock it until you try it I say. Give it a shot or not but don't knock it.

We don't have enough active rpers if you want a PPV then do a regular PPV with all the champions in matches. Ever since the main boards went down everything has been late, everything has been up in the air, and because of that not everyone is going to actively rp but I guess I'm just one person. This is a fun idea, don't get me wrong, it just isn't the time to do it. With that being said, I'm not trying it.

I'm not going to go backwards and forwards with you Moxie. I understand where you are coming from and I accept your point of view.
But before we kick it in the gonads so to speak, let's just judge on opt in numbers, then and only then, we can say it won't work, and we have basically two weeks to see if that happens in or not.

Let me just chime in here. I know that I'm the new person in here, but not new to e-fedding at all. From the time I have been in here I notice you have MAYBE 10 people that will rp on a regular basis. I understand you had a lot of people sit down and not move forward when you had to change sites. I don't want to really argue this PPV, but it would be useful to members to know who the owner and managers are. It would be useful if instead we could voice ourselves privately to one of them without using the board. There is no where on the site telling me who to go to or who to ask questions about. I know that we all have life's but if we choose to own or run an e-fed there are some responsibilities we have to make sure things are fair and that it is a fun place. In running an e-fed there has to be someone that knows who is active and the quality of players. There has to be someone that knows how to book and knows each storyline. I know I'm being very general, but unless you get all these people together and finding that it's fun, you will lose them.
Again, if I knew what management or owner to talk to I wouldn't put this here, but when a time is called for a card everything should be done to get those results up within 24 hours. If you aren't timely you lose people and their interest. I'm not saying anything here that I have not had to do myself. I have been e-fedding for over 15 years and I owned an efed that was at the top with almost 100 people, having to have 3 shows a week. I had writers and GM's that stayed up on things. I could go on, but I'm really trying to make a point.
Just a note, I do have a life, as so many say. I choose to rp because it is an outlet for me as well as fun.

Will who is in what match be known before the actual show, or is it going to be a secret going in? I'm not quite woken up yet, so if I missed that in the first post my bad.
I think it's a very interesting idea, but I echo the sentiments of others that getting to 18 would be rough. Especially being that we have at least one handler who is handling a few different characters who opt in right now. I think it would be great if we could have some people from days past come back and one shot this, though they'd have to stick around if the win a belt of course.
In short, I like the creativity I think it's gonna be rough to get the numbers.

I choose to rp because it is an outlet for me as well as fun. -------------------------- The owner and managers are mentioned in the top post, you can contact Vinnie Lane, Darius, or now SBW. PM'ing them is always an option, and they're pretty responsive. In their defense booking is tough right now as yeah, we lost quite a bit of momentum jumping from the original site. It happened the first time we had to do it too, earlier this year. And when people don't stick around, it can also be harder to write shows because much of the writing is done on a volunteer basis so less hands on deck means it's tougher to get things put together. I personally try to help out where I can, but outside commitments have been making it tougher and tougher for me to actually play the game, much less write for shows. I'm not sure if you're aware, but Vinnie at least has been around for a long time, so I dare say he does know what he is doing, it's just that an unfortunate confluence of factors are making things tough on this particuar fed right now. Probably the best thing you can do if you want to stay is stay active, help write when you can, and if you know people who are looking for a fed send them our way.

Forgive me, but I don't see what the problem is here.
We have a new GM who is excited to bring a show to fruition. The decision was made to move forward with it in order to help spark some activity among people who maybe have been dormant recently.
Has activity been low? Yup.
Have there been a lot of reasons why? Yup.
Are you helping?
Doesn't look like it.
You should be a part of the show. If you don't want to, then don't.
Send me any questions you have.

I liked to add my 50 cents worth to what Engineer said.
I was part of the XWF a few years ago and that was going strong back then. Sure we needed more people then, but it survived, and it still survives.
Yes it looks like we're going through a lean trot right now because of what is happening to the main boards.
But I still profess that the XWF is one of the best E-Feds going around ever, and I've been in a few myself. This allows creativity, this allows me to write as many role plays as I want, none of the others did. In fact a few only seemed to guarantee at least one role play was suitable, and that stifled me as people well know of me.
I knew I would be back one day and it took three years to come back. I'm back and feel better than ever. Still feel welcomed as ever.
So with ABYSS you saying that you had 100 people on your site in it's hey day, that's really good.
Yes XWF can improve on getting things done on time. But it doesn't help when people who say they going to help out writing matches don't, and it's left to others to pick up the slack.
I feel it. I love XWF. I want things to run on time.
But like people keep saying XWF is going through a change, and we need to help each other out now more than ever.
Don't shit on the new GM. He's doing something he thought would get people interested. But right a way as they say here in NZ, it's a tall poppy syndrome. Kick someone straight away for trying something different without really giving it a go first and foremost.
Like I said I love XWF, and it gets me angry to see it gets kicked when all it needs is help when times are hard.
That should be a dollar post not 50 cents worth.
